2CMD can provide services from initial building condition and site evaluation, through facility design, to construction, and construction management. The firm and its staff have considerable experience throughout the D/FW Metroplex and elsewhere, on city, county, state, regional and federal agency projects, as well as private sector development.

Design

2CMD provides a wide range of design services to our clients. These include but are not limited to site visits, preliminary and final structural/civil design, assist with city fees and permitting, and manage design related construction issues or concerns. 2CMD can be the owner’s representative throughout the design and construction phase to assist in the quality completion of the project.

Design/Build

2CMD has special expertise with the design-build method of project execution. Our design-build program can reduce costs, shorten schedules, provide a higher-quality project, reduce claims and litigation, and deliver a better value to the owner, all of which result in a more satisfied client.

Construction Management(CM)

2CMD provides a wide range of construction administration/management services for large projects. Construction Management Services include evaluating scopes of work, reviewing construction plans and specifications, performing site visits to observe and/or inspect construction, reviewing construction bids, scheduling, preparing cost estimates and change orders, and including the services of the resident engineer.
